Coach Allen Rossum
The head coach of ATL ZooM is Coach Allen Rossum. Rossum was an All-Pro returner in the NFL for 12 years, fastest man in the NFL in 2005, and an All American in track & field at Skyline HS, in Dallas, TX, as well as the University of Notre Dame. He and his wife, Angela Rossum, are the proud parents of 4 daughters, who count track and field among their extra curricular activities. Coach Rossum specializes in relays, starts and sprints.
Coach Tyca Ferguson
Coach Tyca has been involved with local youth and HS sports organizations, serving at various positions on boards and as a coach for the past 11 years. She is a Level 1 USATF Certified Track and Field Coach. She and her husband, Tauheed, are the parents of Taliah and Tauheed, both of whom are members of ATL ZOOM.
Coach Henry Jones
Coach Henry Jones is Atlanta Zoom's relay and weight training coach. Jones attended the University of Illinois, and played in the NFL for the Buffalo Bills, Minnesota Vikings, and the Atlanta Falcons. He is a great motivator and supporter of our youth athletes. Coach Jones and his wife Joanna, are the proud parents of two daughters and one son, all of whom are scholar athletes.
Coach Paul Price
Coach Paul Price is a hurdle coach and also works with the middle distance athletes. Price was an All American hurdler in HS and a member of the 2x State Champion basketball team (Randolph-Clay HS in GA). He has coached youth gymnastics and basketball. His athleticism earned him two full ride scholarships. The first to Valdosta State University and later Georgia State University, where he played basketball on the collegiate level. He and his wife Derrilyn, are the parents of two sons, and one daughter, all of whom compete in Track & Field.
Coach Errol Fisher
Coach Errol Fisher is a USATF Level II certified sprint, hurdles and relays coach. He has enjoyed coaching youth football and track in Gwinnett County for eight years. Coach Fisher and his wife Reneé are avid Georgia Bulldog fans and the proud parents of Christopher, Lauren and Kyle.
Coach Marvin Oglesby
Coach Marvin Oglesby was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He started playing sports at age 8 and later became a state High School All American Football and Track athlete, breaking the school record in football tackles, as well as Shot Put and Discus throws. After being honored as the state’s top defensive player in his senior year, he attended the University of South Carolina, where he proudly played football and threw the Discus as a Gamecock.
Fueled by his love of sports, Oglesby coached football for the Loganville Chapter of the Gwinnett Football League (GFL) for three years and has coached shot put and discus since 2009. He became certified by the University of Georgia in 2012 and has had the pleasure of coaching many of his athletes up through national level competition each year.
Coach Marvin believes that hard work, determination and discipline are essential for success in life, all of which can be cultivated through youth sports. He sees coaching/mentoring as not only a way to help develop a child’s athletic ability but to instill in them qualities for a successful life.
Coach Marvin has been married for 21 years. Together he and his wife Angela have two children. Their son Brandon is currently a freshman in college on a football scholarship, and their daughter Jessica a freshman in high school and a track athlete.
